Ryan is a graduate professor at Manhattanville College, within both Curriculum & Instruction and Physical Education programs, providing his students the opportunity to explore administrative software and services, stay abreast of current literature and research trends, and leverage social media and other web 2.0 tools to connect electronically with other leaders. He is also currently enrolled in Manhattanville’s Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership.
Outside of Manhattanville, Ryan has served as a Director of Instructional Technology in Great Neck, NY, investigating and implementing cutting edge technologies into classroom lessons to strengthen teaching and learning. He has also developed secondary health and physical education curricula as a department chair and teacher. Ryan is an American Red Cross instructor and volunteer, and is currently co-authoring an HIV/AIDS prevention guidance document that will serve as a teaching model for all New York State Health Educators.

Sarah is a Manhattanville College alumna who graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.A. in English Literature in May 2015. She is also a student in Manhattanville's Dual Degree Honors Program and is working to complete her Masters of Arts in Teaching for TESOL. During her college years she worked at White Plains High School as an ESL tutor in the Manhattanville Centro Hispano Outreach Program. She also worked as the edTPA eTern as a member of Manhattanville's Digital Innovations Team. Sarah hopes to teach English as a Second Language at the high school level once completed. Currently, Sarah works as a Technical Support Specialist for the information technology company, Ellucian, at Manhattanville College.

Additionally, he leads Manhattanville's Digital Innovations Team, whose eTerns consult with faculty members to help them build skills in implementing technology in their teaching. Bancha also advises on Manhattanville's new ATLAS e-portfolio program, liaises between academic needs and the Office of Information Technology, and serves on various technology, academic policy, and web strategy committees.
Prior to joining Manhattanville, he was an Educational Technologist at New York University, and has had various education and technology roles at American Museum of Natural History, the United Nations, McGraw-Hill, and Scholastic. He has an MA Media Studies from The New School in New York City.
